A culture of collaboration and transformation is not straightforward to achieve, but setbacks shouldn’t discourage us from pursuing it. The SPARKour project aims to enhance collaboration and co-creation by bringing our colleagues together to tackle a variety of challenges. Only by leveraging individual skill sets will we find innovative ways of answering the tricky questions our business is facing.
