Florence Dard and Marion Le Morhedec join AXA IM’s Management Board

AXA Investment Managers (AXA IM) announces the appointment of Florence Dard, Global Head of Client Group, Alts, and Marion Le Morhedec, Global Head of Fixed Income, as members of the Management Board, effective immediately.
Marco Morelli, Executive Chairman of AXA IM, said: “I am delighted to welcome Florence and Marion to AXA IM’s Management Board. Their professional drive and personal qualities will bring invaluable insights to the team. Both Florence and Marion will retain their current roles and respective reporting lines to Isabelle Scemama, Global Head of AXA IM Alts and CEO of AXA IM - Real Assets, and Hans Stoter, Global Head of AXA IM Core.

Biographies
Florence Dard, Global Head of Client Group, Alts
Florence Dard is responsible for the Client Group functions of the AXA IM Alts Business unit, comprising Sales, Client Service & Sales Support as well as Marketing & Communication. On top of that, she also manages the Research & Strategy and Product Development teams for AXA IM - Real Assets.
Florence has worked at AXA for more than 20 years and held various positions at AXA IM including Head of Sales for Pension Plans and Head of Client Group France covering all client segments. Florence also held several positions, including Head of European Institutional Sales and Sovereign Wealth Funds, at Edmond de Rothschild AM between 2010 and 2015. In her most recent role, Florence oversaw Global Business Development for AXA IM - Real Assets.
Florence is a graduate of Paris Dauphine University, and also holds an MBA from the City University of New York.
Marion Le Morhedec, Global Head of Fixed Income
Marion Le Morhedec has been appointed Global Head of Fixed Income in 2021. She has previously been Head of Active Fixed Income for Europe and Asia since 2019.
Marion has had a variety of experience within Fixed Income at AXA IM since she joined in 2003, both in business development and investment roles. Between 2016 and 2019, Marion headed the Product Specialists and Solutions team first for Fixed Income then for the AXA IM Core Investments business unit, overseeing the business development plans, as well as the platform’s innovation efforts on solutions and product offering. Before that and during 10 years, she was a Senior Fixed Income Portfolio Manager, leading our inflation expertise.
Prior to joining AXA IM, Marion started her career at BNP Paribas in London and Madrid in the derivatives structuring team.
Marion holds a Master’s degree from ESSEC Business School.
