The purpose of this webpage is to inform you about the arrangements put in place within AXA IM Prime as part of the investment services we provide to our clients and for which you will find detailed documents below. These measures take into account the obligations introduced by the European Directive on Alternative Investment Fund Managers (AIMFD).

Order selection and execution policy 

In accordance with the provisions of Article L. 533-18 of the French Monetary and Financial Code, AXA IM Prime has established and implemented an order selection and execution policy aimed at obtaining the best possible result for the benefit of their clients. 

Management of conflicts of interest 

Pursuant to Articles 318-13 and 321-48 to 321-50 of the AMF General Regulation, AXA IM Prime and AXA IM IF have established and implemented a conflict of interest management policy aimed at:

  1. To ensure that no situation is likely to give rise to a conflict of interest involving a significant risk of harm to the interests of its clients in connection with the provision of an investment service.
  2. Define the procedures to be followed and the measures to be taken to manage these conflicts. » 

Restitution report 

In accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 229-25 and R. 229-48 of the Environmental Code, AXA IM Prime has drawn up a report on the greenhouse gas emissions generated by the assets and activities operated, relevant to its activity.

Information on compensation received or paid by AXA Investment Managers 

Information on any remuneration received or paid in connection with the marketing and investment advisory activity under MiFID 2014/65/EU (MIFID II).

Whistleblowing system 

The whistleblowing system makes it possible to report, in good faith and without financial compensation, any crime, offence, threat or harm to the public interest, or violation of an international standard, a law, a regulation or any fact that does not comply with the rules that govern the conduct of our activities.

This scheme is open to all staff in all functions, including service providers, interns and temporary workers, and to all service providers with whom a commercial relationship is maintained (e.g. subcontractors or suppliers) as well as to candidates and former employees of an AXA IM entity.
