About Frédéric
Based in Paris, Frédéric Clément is Global Head of Human Resources of AXA Investment Managers since 1 September 2021 and a member of AXA IM's Management Board.
From 2018, Frédéric led the Integration Management Office at AXA XL which includes the overall integration planning and decision process related to synergies, communications and cross-functional interdependencies.
Before joining the AXA Group in 2007, Frédéric worked in consulting for Towers Watson and Accenture.
Frédéric Clément graduated from the ESC Business School in Troyes and holds a master from the ESCP Business School in Paris.
