What we offer

Internships / Work placements

Our internships offer insight into our organization and industry, allowing you to showcase your skills and gain new ones. With responsibilities and support from colleagues, you'll maximize your time with us. Opportunities last 6 months across our main offices (Paris, London, Frankfurt, Milan, Madrid, Hong Kong), while placements are typically 12 months in our London office. We offer end-of-studies, gap year, and discovery internships.

What we offer

Apprenticeships

Like internships, apprenticeships provide skills and knowledge for career advancement, lasting 1-3 years. You work while studying for a formal qualification, primarily in our Paris office. AXA Group and its entities were recognized in France for HappyIndex Trainees 2023.

What we offer

VIE

We offer VIE opportunities in Sales, Finance, Technology, and more fields, with over 30 positions annually across Europe, Asia, and the United States. Preferred candidates are final year interns or recent graduates, engaging in missions abroad for 12 to 24 months, excluding France.
Managed by Business France, VIEs receive fixed compensation and housing allowance from AXA IM. To qualify, you must be aged 18-28 upon registration, French or EEA national, and not taxed in the host country.

How do we recruit?

We use a variety of methods to recruit students and graduates including :

participating in on-campus recruitment activities and organising corporate presentations across different universities (which increase the visibility of students and your graduates to the opportunities of AXA IM),
posting opportunities on job boards and on our corporate website, and
liaising with Career Services representatives.
