Colin Clark

In addition to his mandate as director of AXA Investment Managers, Colin is also Chairman of AXA Investment Managers UK Ltd and AXA Investment Managers GS Ltd, the Chairman of Merchants Trust Plc and Chairman of Aveni Ltd.

Colin served as a non-executive director of Rathbones Group Plc and Rathbones Investment Management Limited from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, he was appointed an executive director of Standard Life Investments in 2010, with responsibility for the Global Client Group, and subsequently appointed to the Standard Life Plc board as executive director in 2015.  He retired from these positions in 2017.

Colin was previously at S.G. Warburg & Co, Mercury Asset Management and Merrill Lynch Investment Managers for nearly 20 years. In 2005, Colin took on non-executive director roles with Alpha Strategic Plc, and with the Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust.
